The Ultimate Banana Oat Pancakes
As if today’s recipe is anything less than a simple and delicious one. It’s less than 10 ingredients, as per every other recipe I’ve ever shared on the blog, and it’s perfect for that ‘Monday after the Superbowl” power breakfast. Yes, I know that feel: the come-down from all the wings and nachos and drinks. You really just need a yummy meal that is as good for you as it tastes. Full credit for this one goes to Adrian. I may or may not (may) have forced him to make it for me almost every day this week. When you find something you love, why settle for anything less?
